(9(%g . ) a AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FEDERAL BUDGET OF THE FEDERAL HUMAN RIGHTS FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing operating budget of the Human Rights Commission, it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget to meet these unforeseen conditions; and in that additional funds are needed in certain accounts of said budget, and in that surpluses do exist in other various accounts within the same departments which are not presently needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I.
