The Redevelopment Commission at the same meeting also <br /> authorized the beginning of the process to provide a forgivable loan for the development of the <br /> New Day Intake Center. The property has already been rezoned by the Common Council for <br /> this purpose. <br /> The attached Loan Ordinance specifies the terms and conditions of the loan to the New Day <br /> Intake Center. The total loan is for$4,000,000 to aid in the development of the intake center, <br /> funded with revenues provided from River West TIF, River East TIF, and South Side TIF <br /> controlled by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission.
