RESCHEDULED REGULAR MEETING
November 7, 2001

The November 7, 2001 Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was
called to order at 9:37 a.m. by Mr. Cleo Washington. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL

Member Absent: Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of October 17, 2001
Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, and seconded by Cleo Washington, the Authority
approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 17, 2001.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Report from the Department of Treasury
Mr. Inks said the Internal Revenue Service did an audit on the Blackthorn Golf Course
bonds and found everything in order, so the tax exempt status will remain on the bonds.
Mr. Washington asked if this was an annual audit and Mr. Inks said it was done on a
random sample basis. Mr. Alvarez asked if there was a prior audit on this bond issue and
Mr. Inks said there was not.

Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Washington, and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the claims submitted November 7, 2001.
6. NEXT MEETING DATE: rescheduled to November 28, 2001 at 9:00 a.m.
7. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 9:44 a.m.
