We recognize the significance of this public infrastructure project in advancing mixed - <br />income, high -quality housing opportunities and strengthening connectivity and resiliency within the City's urban core. <br />Our diverse team brings extensive experience in municipal engineering, site development, planning, project <br />management, and multidisciplinary project delivery. We have successfully designed public right-of-way improvements, <br />utility infrastructure, and stormwater management systems for projects of comparable scope and complexity, while <br />also managing phased development strategies. Specifically, our expertise aligns with the City's advertised needs in the <br />following areas: <br />• Master Planning: Developing the long-term vision, building consensus, and laying the foundation for seamless <br />implementation of each phase. <br />• Complete Streets & Roadway Design: Implementation of street connectors, raised intersections, traffic calming, <br />curbs, sidewalks, striping, lighting, and tree -lined streetscapes that create safe, multimodal corridors. <br />• Comprehensive Utility Design & Coordination: Water, sanitary, and storm sewer systems designed for long- <br />term performance, with proactive coordination to minimize utility conflicts. <br />• Innovative Stormwater Solutions: Integration of on -site underground stormwater storage and green <br />infrastructure practices that balance performance, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. <br />• Surveying & Platting: Capacity to provide boundary surveys, subdivision plat preparation, and right-of-way <br />establishment in compliance with local and INDOT standards. <br />• Site Development: Creative and innovative site design that maximizes the land use, meets accessibility <br />requirements, and integrate with surrounding land uses. <br />• Public Engagement: Experience facilitating inclusive public input processes to strengthen project outcomes and <br />community acceptance. <br />Our team is committed to providing responsive, high -quality service and maintaining strong communication with <br />City staff, stakeholders, and residents.
