AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 01 1. Background Data: a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: 0 C. 07/22/2025 Owner: Citv of South Bend Board of Public Works Engineer: Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. Project: O'Brien Park Splashpad and Restroom Installation 2. Description of Modifications: [NOTE TO USER: Include the following paragraphs that are appropriate and delete those not applicable to this amendment. Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: 1) Additional survey of the soccer field and approximately 75-100' north of the Walter Street intersection. The survey will include picking up topography, utilities, trees, and Right of Way (ROW) limits. We will also complete additional site design to include a walkway connection from the existing playground to Fellows Street. The walkway will be routed alongside Walter Street to preserve the existing trees by the soccer field. The walkway may need to be routed further off the ROW based on field conditions or costs of curb construction on Walter Street. b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: 1) $4,500 for additional survey work 2) $4,500 for additional site design C.
