Remarks: The owner at Reality Hair Concepts requested a handicap spot in front of her shop. She said due to the popularity
of the MLK center, it has been difficult for her older customers to park close to her business. The request is to
relocate the existing handicap spot in front of 1637 Linden to 1627 Linden
