then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
Purpose of Request:
In a previous version of the Home Repair Program, the city provided a combination of grants and
loans to eligible households to complete repairs at their residence. The loans for the program
were issued through the Redevelopment Commission. The loan associated with the property at
722 E. Ewing has been paid in full, and the staff is requesting the Commissioners approve the
mortgage release.
