*Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller,
then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
Purpose of Request:
Staff is requesting funds to cover the next stage of conceptual and schematic design for the
Leighton Building to consolidate additional City offices.
The request is for $100,000.00 from River West development area to cover the consulting fees.
