REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
February 5, 2001 1308 County-City Building

Presiding: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601
The February 5, 2001 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:35 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.

Member Absent: Mr. Cleo Washington
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• a. Approval of the minutes of January 15, 2001
Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 15, 2001.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Authorization to sign Affidavit required by the State Board of Tax Commissioners
Mr. Inks said that the State Board of Tax Commissioners asked the Authority to
sign an affidavit stating that it does not have sufficient money to redeem all of the
outstanding Hall of Fame Bonds. This relates to the refinancing.
Upon a motion by Mr. Alverez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the signing of the Avidavit for the College. Football
Hall of Fame.
4. CLAIMS
Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic
Development and the City Controller on February. 5, 2001.

Administrative Feel/30/2000 to 1/29/2001 $1,261.40
Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the claim submitted February 5, 2001.
6. NEXT MEETING DATE: March 12, 2001
7. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
