Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 4:05 p.m.
Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Niezgodski distributed the 2024 Personnel and Finance Annual Report to
committee members. The duties and responsibilities of committee members are to oversee the
activities performed by the Administration and Finance Department, and to review all proposed
salaries , budgets , appropriations , personnel policies , health benefits , and related matters .
Committee Chair Niezgodski requested that the 2025 City budget meetings be held in the Council
Chambers due to the City 's move to a new building.
Committee Vice Chair Karen White stated that holding the budget meetings in Council Chambers
makes sense due to the uncertainty regarding the official moving date of the City.
