Council President Canneth Lee called to order the Infonnal meeting at 5:42 P.M.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The invocation will be given by Reverend Joel Moody of Sunnyside Presbyterian Church.
The Council will hear a report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the
July 14, 2025 Common Council meetings.
There is no Special Business.
There are no reports from city offices.
Substitute Bill No. 39-25 , and Bill No. 40-25 are tabled until August 25, 2025.
The Committee of the Whole will hear a second reading of Bill No . 30-25 (favorable
recommendation from Zoning and Annexation Committee), Bill No. 42-25 (favorable

from Personnel and Finance Committee).
The Full Council will give Bill No . 30-25 and Bill No. 42-25, a third (3 rd ) reading .
There are no Resolutions .
After a first (1 st) reading, Council President Lee will entertain a motion to send Bill No. 44-25 to
the Board of Zoning Appeals for public hearing on August 4, 2025 , and to the Zoning and
Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on August l l, 2025 . After a
first (l st) reading, Council Pre s ident Lee will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 45-25 to the
Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing on September 22, 2025, and to the Full
Council for a third (3rd) reading on October 13, 2025. After a first (1 st) reading , Council President
Lee will entertain a motion to send Bill No. 46-25 to the Area Plan Commission for public hearing
on August 18, 2025 , and to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing and third
(3rd) reading on August 25, 2025. After a first (15 1) reading, Council President Lee will entertain
a motion to send Bill No . 47-25 to the Area Plan Commission for public hearing on August 18,
2025 , and to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on
August 25, 2025 .
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business and any new bu si nes s .
There will be a privilege of the floor , and then the meeting will be adjourned .
