I.EXECUTIVE SESSION – 8:30AM - Chief’s Conference Room
The Board of Public Safety will meet in executive session prior to the special
meeting of the board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) to
discuss strategy regarding pending litigation in administrative law proceedings; I.C
5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A) to receive information concerning an individual’s alleged
misconduct; and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19) to have communications with an attorney
that are subject to the attorney client privilege.

Special Meeting – Chief’s Conference Room
The Board of Public Safety will meet in Executive Session following the Special Meeting
of the Board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A) to receive
information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct; I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(6)(9) to discuss the job performance evaluation and other employment matters
related to an individual employee; and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19) to have communications
with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.
