There was a quorum present. 1. ROLL CALL Members Present: Member Absent: Redevelopment Staff: 2. 3. Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary Mr. Cleo Washington Mr. Donald Inks, Director Mrs.. Jenny Hollinger, Recording Secretary APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 20, 2000. Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 20, 2000. CLAIMS Claims submitted for approval December 4 , 2000 The South Send Redevelopment Authority Variable Rate Demand Lease Rental Bonds of 1994 (College Football Hall of Fame Project) Standard & Poor's Analytical Services rendered Wells Fargo Bank Indiana, N.A. Compensation for the initial acceptance and opening of accounts Wells Fargo Bank Indiana, N.A. Interest for November, 2000 • H:\WPDATA\AUTHORTY\120400.min.wpd $10,000.00 $2,000.00 $62,362.30 r 1 ~J ~~ •' The South Bend Redevelopment Authority December 4,.2000 Meeting Minutes Metropolitan Title -Indiana, L.L.C, Title work performed City Securities Corporation Cusip Fees & DTC Fees Baker & Daniels Professional Services and disbursements incurred $3,884.00 $833.30 $36,168.09 Ms. Pfotenhauer asked that all claims submitted for payment be reviewed and initialed by the Director of Economic Development and the City Controller, and then have the claims list and the minutes note that both the Director and the Controller have reviewed and approved them. Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alverez, and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the claims submitted December 4, 2000. 6. NEXT MEETING DATE: December 18, 2000 • 7.
