RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
5:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 29. 2013, in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room, 4 n Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
6,1(b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or
litigation which has been threatened in writing.
