The September 18, 2000 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:34 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.

Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of July 17, 2000
Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of July 17,
2000
3. CLAIMS
Claims submitted for approval September 18, 2000
Wayne Street Garage Lease Rental Revenue Bonds of 1992
Wells Fargo Bank Indiana, N.A.
Annual Administration Fee for 8-1-99 through 7-31-00
Hall of Fame Variable Rate Demand Lease Rental Bonds of 1994
Bank One Capital Markets, Inc.
Remarketing Services

Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the claims submitted September 18, 2000.

5. ADJOURNMENT.
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:55 p.m.
