GAMMON Approved and signed by me �9 d n Manor ORDINANCE NO.6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $48,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR POLICE COMPUTER SERVICES, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. .WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Police Department to insure this Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1980. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $48,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1980 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Police Department and will be distributed as '.set forth below: ACCOUNT 262.4 PROGRAM FA 196 CRIME REPORTING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Computer Services AMOUNT $ 48,000.00 TOTAL FA 196 $ 48,000.00 SECTION II.
