Council Vice President Rachel Tomas Morgan called to order the Informal meeting at 5:57 P .M.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The in vocation will be given by Pastor Davey Troxel of the Grace Brethren Church.
The Council wi ll hear a report from the Sub-Committee on M inutes regarding the minutes for the
May 28, 2025 and June 9, 2025 Common Counci l meetings.
Special business is a resolution recognizing June as Immigrant Heritage Month and June 20, 2025 ,
as World Refugee Day.
There are no report s from city offices.

Bill No . 64-24 was withdrawn and Bill No. 31-25 and Bill No. 32-25 are tabled until July 14,
2025.
The Committee of the Whole will hear a second reading of Bill No. 33 -25 (favorable
recommendation from Personnel and Finance Committee), Bill No. 34-25 (favorable
recommendation from Personnel and Finance Committee), Substitute Bill No . 35-25 (favorable
recommendation from Personnel and Finance Committee), Bill No. 36-25 (favorab le
recommendation from Community Investment Committee), Bill No . 37-25 (favorable
recommendation from Zoning and Annexation Committee), Bill No. 38-25 (favorab le
recommendation from Public Works and Property Vacation Committee).
The Full Council will give Bill No . 36-25, Bill No. 37-25, and Bill No . 38-25, a third (3 rd ) reading.
The Full Council will hear the following Resolutions: Bill No . 25-34 and Bill No . 25-35.
After a first (1 st) reading , Counci l Vice President Tomas Morgan wi ll entertain a motion to send
Bill No . 39-25 to the Board of Zoning Appeals for public hearing on July 7, 2025 , and to the
Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on July 14, 2025.
After a first (I st) reading, Council Vice President Tomas Morgan will entertain a motion to send
Bill No. 40-25 to the Board of Zoning Appeals for public hearing on July 7, 2025 , and to the
Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on July 14, 2025 .
After a first (1 st) reading, Council Vice President Tomas Morgan will entertain a motion to send
Bill No. 41-25 to the Board of Zoning Appeals for public hearing on July 7, 2025 , and to the
Zoning and Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on July 14, 2025.
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business and any new business .
There will be a privilege of the floor , and then the meeting will be adjourned.
