s pecificall y e n v iro nme nta l co nce rn s. T he C ity ha d performed th e d e m o liti o n throu g h th e
Re deve lo pme nt Co mmi ss io n and th ere was no indication th a t th e demolition was done poo rl y.
H owever, as p a rt of the K CG due diligence , th ey w ill perform e nv iro nm e nta l testin g and wo uld
re me di a te th e s it e.
