ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000.00 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1979, FROM THE FIRE PENSION FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE, STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: WHEREAS, unforeseen circumstances have made it necessary to appropriate more monies than were originally appropriated in the 1979 Operating Budget, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: SECTION I, That for the calendar year 1979, the Council does hereby approve an additional appropriation in the amount of $30,000.00, Said appropriation will be administered through the Fire Pension Bureau as set forth below: 532.0 Retirement, Current Year $ 301000.00 SECTION 11, This.
