In accordance with that Agreement, we are providing written notice of our intent to renew: - Under Article 11.3(0) Renewing the Ground Lease for a term commencing at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time on January1, 2026 and ending at12:00 midnight, Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2030. Under Article 111.4 Renewing the Management Agreement for the Fourth Renewal Period commencing 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time on January 1, 2026 and ending at 12:00 midnight, Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2030. We appreciate the opportunity to continue this remarkable partnership which continues to flourish as we enrich our community. Date defined above failing which SNM's right to renew for any subsequent Renewal Term shall be null and void. (f) - Termination of the Management Agreement shall also act to terminate the Lease without further notice and shall serve to terminate any corresponding obligations and rights among and between the Parties unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties in writing. All of the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement shall continue in full force and effect during each of the Renewal Periods except that the number. of remaining Renewal Periods permitted under the terms of the Management Agreement shall be reduced by one (1) upon expiration of each Renewal Period for which SNM has exercised its option. S'YM shall deliver written notice to City -of its election to exercise its option to renew the Management Agreement no less than one hundred eighty (180) days before the Management Agreement Expiration Date defined above or the expiration of the relevant Management Agreement Renewal Period; failing which SNM's right to renew for any of the subsequent Management Agreement Renewal Periods sha11 be null and void. Article III.S. Maintenance of the Musewax. Consistent with Article II.5 of the Lease, City shall make available to SNM the facility at 201 South Chapin Street, South Bend, Tndiana for operation as a museum for the purposes described herein, during the Term of the Management Agreement, all in accordance with the LEASE&MGMTAGMT V7FINAL_050809 29 shall be deemed originals. Article IV.10. Notices and Demands.
