The subject project covers above-ground building demolition at 133 Cherry Street:
This is a City-owned parcel. The City is working with MACOG on identifying potential
contaminated soil on the site. To that end, this project will only demolish above-ground structures.
Slabs and foundations will remain in place for the time being.
