Quote Award DATE: 7/2025 The Division of Wastewater recommends the Board of Public Works approval of a Quote Award for the Storm Drain and Sidewalk Replacement project to TX Concrete LLC as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Description of Project: The East Headworks high bay garage entrance trench drain failed and requires repair and replacement. In addition, minor concrete sidewalk replacement work is necessary to correct settling and deficiencies in the existing sidewalk parallel to the drain. This work is necessary to avoid stormwater running into the maintenance garage at the Headworks building and to prevent further collapse from impeding lift truck from travelling into and out of the garage. The Division of Wastewater received simple quotes for the subject work from three contractors for the subject work.
