The Base Quote is demolition of a single-family home in advance of new construction for the New Day Intake Center. Three auotes were solicited: Contractor: Base Quote Ritschard Brothers $29,251 Green Demolition $39,800 Indiana Earth $42,520 The low quote from Ritschard Brothers is complete and responsive. This will be a Davis -Bacon project paying prevailing wages since federal funds will be sought for reimbursement.
