REGULAR MEETING

The February 15, 1999 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:34 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President
Matthew Kahn
Jose Alvarez
Redevelopment Staff: Ann Kolata
Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
Brian Steinke, Attorney

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Matthew Kahn, and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 11, 1999.
3. CLAIMS
Claims submitted for approval on February 15, 1999
COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME
Letter of Credit Fee, Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen $22,021.35
AIRPORT TAXABLE BOND
Administration Fee, 1-30-98 to 1-29-99 $1,000.00
AIRPORT TAX EXEMPT BOND
Annual Fee, 2-11-98 to 2-10-99 $1,250.00
Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, the
Authority approved the claims submitted February 15, 1999.
