At its June 24, 2025 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above referenced
Change Order be increased by $67,666.50, bringing the revised contract amount to
$2,634,756.50 with a new completion date of August 8, 2025.

• Concrete Drive Approaches
o Cost: $5,610
o Type: Scope Modification
• Additional Landscaping
o Cost: $17,473.50
o Type: Scope Modification
• Buried Debris Removal
o Cost: $13,343
o Type: Unforeseen
This change order adds 36 days to the calendar completion date to account for wet weather
earlier in the spring and utility coordination delays.
Funding is available through DFO project 528.
