DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURE/SITE: This is a 2+ story rectangular plan house. Stucco siding with wood
course band between stories and frieze at eaves. Gable roof with asphalt shingles and dormers with pediments. Full
width front porch on west facade including small pediment above entrance. Double hung windows with aluminum
storm windows. Muntins in front windows form geometric squares.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: The applicant has requested approval to:
1)Install new double hung wood window. Constructed of wood to replicate existing window on south facade.
STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES:
Windows: Pages 29-32.
SITE V ISIT R EPORT: N /A
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Replacement of the small fixed pane window with a window replicating the
adjacent window will not damage the integrity of the house. Staff makes a FAVORABLE RECOMMENDA-
TION.
