Aboriginal The People' a• State Bank opened for business in December of 1919 with ATTACH Arts Clement Smogor as President. During the 1920's the bank operated on the first floor, and the second story was rented to a dentist, doctor, and lawyer. It was built on Lot 15 of Guilfayle's Sub. It later became the Western State Bank, which it remains today.
