RE: Rescind and Approve Revised Authorization for Entry for Environmental Remediation
Dear Mr. Turnwald:
At its June 10, 2025 meeting, the Board of Public Works rescinded the previous
agreement the above referenced authorization entry for entry upon public property/right of way
for drilling and environmental remediation purposes and approved the revised version.
Enclosed please find the original of the authorization for your signature. Please sign and
return the authorization to hhorvath@southbendin.gov. Please retain a copy for your records.
