Bill No. 25-31 -Appointing Dr. De Bryant to
a One (l) Year Term as a Member of the
Community Police Review Board

Committee Chair Ophelia Gooden-Rodgers called to order the Community Relations Committee
meeting at 5: 15 P.M .
Bill No. 25-31 -Appointing Dr. De Bryant to a One (1) Year Term as a Member of the
Community Police Review Board
Canneth Lee , Council President , with offices on the fourth (4 th ) floor of the County-City Building,
South Bend , IN 46601 , stated that Bill No. 25-31 is a resolution regarding the Community Police
Review Board (CPRB), which was approved at the last Council meeting but a vacancy on the
board remained. Canneth Lee stated that Or. De Bryant has been nominated by Dr. Oliver Davis.
Committee Member Shiela Niezgodski asked if Or. De Bryant accepted the position.

Clerk Tirado read Bill No. 25-31.
Committee Member Sheery Bolden-Simpson moved to send Bill No. 25-31 to the Full Council
with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Vice Chair Karen L. White
and carried by a vote of four ( 4) ayes.
