Council President Canneth Lee called to order the Infonnal meeting at 5:51 P.M.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The invocation will be given by an Associate Minister of the Southside Baptist Church.
The Council will hear a report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the
April 28, 2025 Common Council meetings .
Special business is a resolution recognizing Amy Hill.
There are no reports from city offices.
The Committee of the Whole will hear a second reading of Bill No . 14-25 (favorable
recommendation from Zoning and Annexation Committee), Bill No . 19-25 (favorable
recommendation from Zoning and Annexation Committee), Bill No. 24-25 (favorable
recommendation from Zoning and Annexation Committee).
The Full Council will give Bill No . 14-25 , Bill No . 19-25, and Bill No. 24-25 , a third (3 rd ) reading.

After a first (1 st) reading , Council President Lee will entertain a motion to send Bill No. 30-25 to
the Board of Zoning Appeals for public hearing on June 2, 2025 , and to the Zoning and
Annexation Committee for public hearing and third (3rd) reading on June 9, 2025.
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business and any new business.
There will be a privilege of the floor , and then the meeting will be adjourned.
