He "mis-spoke" when he filled out the form. The house the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Organization (NNRO) intends to build on the site will be for a low to moderate income household, 1400 square feet, built by Garden Homes. For that reason, we should simply transfer title as the City routinely does when dealing with nonprofit organizations. There won't be a need to advertize.
