Jack Hickey has asked the City to accept these basins as a City responsibility. As you know, Hickey has closed his development business and if the City does not accept these basins they will simply become our property by default when Mr. Hickey fails to pay the property taxes. Carl has indicated that a condition should be placed on the acceptance and that is that the taxes for 2005 payable in 2006 and any 2006 taxes payable in 2007 be paid my Mr. Hickey. I have included drawings of both basins and the easement locations for access to Basin B. Access for Basin A is from Fellows Street. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 9254.
