SOUTH BEND SCREW PRODUCTS, INC., an Indiana corporation

for and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Lstate in
St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to wit:
All that part of a tract or parcel of land

Avenue, and on the West by the St. Joseph
River, which is South of a line Two Hundred
Seventy -Three (273) feet South of and
parallel to the South line of Colfax Avenue,
together with all buildings and parts of

This deed is delivered particularly to release and quit -claim to South Bend
Screw Products, Inc. certain prior easements in favor of grantor permitting
the construction, operation, and maintenance of an intercept sewer as
provided in a certain Agreement of Easement dated August 15, 1960, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in
Deed Record 605 at Pages 457 to 460. The intent of this deed is to
extinguish forever the above described easements so that grantee and
assigns shall hereafter have and enjoy the said premises so granted, free
and absolutely discharged from such easements, and from all other easements
whatsoever belonging to grantor in said premises. Ot()_r_seri
