JOSEPH COUNTY RECORDER REC FEE: $18.00 PAGES: 3 o'clock M., and recorded =-------------------------- DULY/��/7/N//TERED 2005 �' � "� K Auditor WHEREAS, it appears from the records in the Auditor's office of St. Joseph County, Indiana, that heretofore various and divers pieces, lots and tracts of land were advertised for sale at tax sale by the County Auditor under the terms and provisions of Title 6, Article 1.1, Chapter 24 of the Indiana Code, and it further appearing that no bid was received for the sale of such property, and that on the 24th day of Oct 2002, as provided by law, the County Auditor bid in such property for St. Joseph County. AND WHEREAS, said property having not been redeemed, St. Joseph County became the ovmer thereof, the Board of Commissioners of the County of St. Joseph did on the 26th day of May, 2005, at a regular meeting of said board, order that said parcels, lots and tracts of said real estate as hereinafter described, be sold by the County Auditor on the 13TH day of JUNE, 2005, in the Council Chambers, 4th floor, of the County City Bldg. in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, for cash and for not for not less that the appraised value thereof. ©ULY ENTERED FOR TAB 00M MCHAEL C. EBY ST. JOSEPH CO. INDIANA AND, WHEREAS, it appears that notice of the time, terms and place of sale of said real estate was published and,posted as required by law. AND, WHEREAS, it appears that on the day named in the order of the Board of Commissioners of the County of St. Joseph, and in the notice as published and posted, the said County Auditor did offer said real estate sale AND, WHEREAS, CITY OF S BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORK did then and there bid the sum of $10 dollars and 0 cents, and that the County Auditor did then and there accept said bid. AND, WHEREAS, it appears that did thereupon pay the amount of his/her bid to the County Treasurer of said county in cash. AND, WHEREAS, the County Auditor did on the 24TH day of JUNE, 2005, report his/her proceedings therein to the Board of Commissioners of the County of St. Joseph. NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Commissioners of the County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, for and in consideration of the sum of $10 dollars and 0 cents paid as aforesaid, does hereby convey to CITY OF S BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORK all the right, title and interest, without warranty other than as provided by la the following described real estate in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to wit: Key Number - 16-7044-1721 Description: LOT 6 DUBAILS & KELTNERS SUB IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, CYNTHIA A.
