A. Lamar Advantage GP Company — Pending Litigation
The Board met and discussed pending litigation with Lamar Advantage GP
Company in Executive Session prior to the Meeting of the Board for
purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of pending
litigation.
3. Adjournment
Upon a motion by Caitlin Stevens seconded by Mark Burrell, Board
Executive Session adjourned at 4:17 pm.

2. Lamar Advantage GP Company —Resolution No 25-01
The Board met and discussed a resolution of the City of South Bend Board
of Zoning Appeals Approving Settlement of Judicial Review Claim.
The City of South Bend has been working through the Board and the
Department of Community Investment to come to a mutually agreeable
resolution that would result in dismissal of the judicial review matter filed by
Lamar and the resolution of the outstanding zoning issues remanded by the
Board.
3. Adjournment
Upon a motion by Caitlin Stevens, seconded by Kaine Kanczuzewski, the
Board of Zoning Appeals Special Public Session adjourned at 4:34 pm.
