Change Order No. 1 addresses the addition of sidewalk with funding that was approved by the Redevelopment Commission in 2024. Change Order No. 1 Summary Additional Sidewalk Construction $117,499.45 Additional Survey and Construction Staking (subcontractor Bertsch Frank) $ 3,000.00 Total Change Order No. 1 $120,499.45 Note: City Engineering directed this change request at the request of the Redevelopment Commission and approved funding from the Redevelopment Commission. Original Contract Amount: $3,326,371.59 Previous Change Orders: $ 0.00 Current Change Order No. 1: $ 120,499.45 Percentage Increase by Change Order No. 1: 3.62% New Project Total: $3,446,871.04 Additional Time: 0 Days New Completion Date: 07/31/2024 Time adjustments to the contract will be addressed in an upcoming change order that reflects the final adjustments necessary for tree planting and the remaining right-of-way restoration work. The next change order will also address final quantities for overruns and underruns for unit price items.
