Break Down as follows • Remove exisitng wooden platform and haul offsite. • Furnish and install (3) 12-0 pressure treated platforms around 3 side of the exisitng generator. Tags/letters to be masked off &/or cut around to best results. • Work is weather dependent — excludes any tenting or temporary heat. • Work not described in this scope of work or different to assumptions will be completed by approved Change Orders. Important! Our Proposal does not include the identification, detection, abatement, encapsulation, disposal, nor removal of Asbestos, lead -based paints, PCB's, Fungi, Bacteria, nor any hazardous substances. The service platform around the back-up generator was badly damaged on one side. The rest of the platform is showing it's age so it makes sense to replace the entire platform at one time. The generator is also showing age and has flaking paint and rust in some areas. It made sense to take advantage of this opportunity to scrape, clean, and repaint the generator while the platform is out of the way.
