NOTICE
The following meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee has been scheduled at the
following location on the following date:
Board of Public Works Conference Room
13th Floor County-City Building
227 W. Jefferson Blvd.
South Bend, IN 46601
The following Common Council Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at
4:00 p.m. in the Board of Public Works Conference Room on the 13th floor of the County-City
Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting will be legally held
as a hybrid meeting with the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. Members of the public have the option to
attend the meeting in person or may access the meeting virtually by using the following link:
