PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Public Opening of Main Street Housing Request for Proposal Submissions
SPECIFICS: On January 9th, the Redevelopment Commission approved a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new
housing project in downtown South Bend adjacent to the Morris Performing Arts Center. The RFP set 12:00pm
local time, April 24, 2025 as the due date for all submissions.
Any and all submissions received by that time will be opened publicly at the May 8, 2025 RDC meeting.
