City Clerk, South Bend, IN A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF THE INITIAL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY POLICE REVIEW BOARD WHEREAS, Section 2-12.1.13(a)(2) of the South Bend Municipal Code addressing the Community Police Review Board provides: The initial Review Board shall be composed of three (3) Members appointed to a one (1) year term; three (3) Members appointed to a two (2) year term; and three (3) Members appointed to a three (3) year term.. McBride The ordinances governing members of the Community Police Review Third District Board provides that the initial members of the Board are to have staggered Troy Warner one, two, and three year terms. This proposed ordinance establishes those Fourth District terms. Sherry Bolden-Simpson One position on the Board remains unfilled. Whenever that position Fifth District is filled, that Board member will have a one-year initial term.
