* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, then the
authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Budget request of $250,000 for design amendment for the Riverfront West Infrastructure
Improvements Project.
SPECIFICS: This request will fund the full design and bid documents for the Western Ave improvements onto the
site including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and streetscape design elements. This section originally
included design up to 10%, but it was determined that due to the utility relocation work that needed to happen
and site access for the development, this section of Western needed to be included in the bid documents.
