AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,000.00
FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND
SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 813,
CLYDE CREEK DRAINAGE STRUCTURE REPAIR,
WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING
AND SINKING FUND.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The Clyde Creek Drainage Structure located under Southernview
Drive is in need of repair. The structure was damaged by storms and is
in need of permanent repairs.
Funds are now needed for the cost of construction of these repairs.
These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section I: The following sum of money is appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project in the amount set forth below:

Section II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from

The attached is a proposed ordinance requesting an appropriation of $15,000.00
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to be used for the repair
of the Clyde Creek Drainage Structure. The balance in this fund after this
proposed ordinance is $1,479,392.44.
The Clyde Creek Drainage Structure, located under Southernview Drive, was
damaged by recent storms and is in need of permanent repairs. These repairs
are necessary in order to provide positive storm drainage.
