Beginning at the intersection of the east right of way line of said Meade Street
with the southwesterly right of way line of Washington Street, said beginning
point being South 00 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds east (assumed bearing).
A distance of 97.32 feet from the southwest comer of lot number 52 as the lot
is known and designated on the plat of West End Subdivision, said plat being
recorded in plat book 8, page 46 in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph
County, Indiana; thence South 65 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds east along the
southwesterly right of way line of said Washington Street, a distance of 48.97
feet tot the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing south 65
degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds east along the southwesterly right of way li, ie
of said Washington Street , a distance of 761.43 feet to the intersection of the
Southwesterly right of way line of said Washington Street with the west right
of way line of Olive Street; thence south 00 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds
east along the right of way line of said Olive Street, a distance of 72.96 feet to
the intersection of the west right of way line of said Olive Street with the
northeasterly right of way line of the Penn Central Railroad; thence north 65
degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds west along the northeasterly right of way line of
said Penn Central Railroad, a distance of 810.40 feet to the intersection of then
northeasterly right of way line of said Penn Central Railroad with the east right
of way line of said Meade Street; thence north 00 degrees 34 minutes 52
seconds west along the east right of way line of said Meade Street, a distance
of 8.72 feet; thence north 45 degrees 01 minute 52 seconds east, a distance of

THIS .INDENTURE NWITNESSETH, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, that the Northern Ind-,'ana ComriiuterTransportatiun District,
an Indiana Municipal Corporation, Releases and Quit Claims to the City of South Bend, of St. Joseph County, in the
State of Indiana, whose marling address for tax purposes is: 1316 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana 46601,
all of its interest in the Real Estate described in Exhibit "A" and depicted upon the Right -of -Way Parcel Plat attached
hereto in Exhibit "B", both of which exhibits are incorporated herein by reference.
This conveyance is subject to any and all easements, conditions and restrictions of record.
The Grantor hereby specifically acknowledges and agrees that it is conveying its entire interest in the Real Estate
herein which is intended, but not warranted, to be in fee simple and that no reversionary rights whatsoever shall remain
with the Grantor, or any successors in title to the abutting lands of the Grantor, notwithstanding any subsequent
abandonment, vacation, disuse, non-use, change of use, conveyance, lease and/or transfer by the Grantee or its
successors in title, of a portion or all of the said Real Estate or any right-of-way, roadway or roadway appurtenances
established thereupon, This acknowledgment and agreement is a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
upon the Grantor and all successor and assigns.
