WITNESSETH: That for One dollar ($1.00) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant and convey
to Grantee a right-of-way and easement for the construction, operation, use, maintenance, repair, renewal, and removal of a line or
lines of overhead and underground facilities and equipment for the transmission of electrical energy, and for communicating purposes
including the right to permit attachments of others to said facilities, in, on, along, under, over, across, and through the following

East; described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 19; thence North along the West line of said Section,
2855.36 feet to the point of intersection of said Section 19 with the centerline of the Indiana East-West Toll Road, a center line survey
of which is recorded in Plat Book 19A, pages I to 22 inclusive, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana; thence
Easterly alone the center line of said Toll Road, a distance of 1019.36 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of Olive Road
with said Toll Road; thence South along the centerline of said Olive Road, a distance of 996.28 feet to the place of beginning of the
parcel herein described; thence East 200 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence North 100 feet to the place of
beginning.
