The property in question has an existing home: - Two story, two bedroom home, with basement - 1,450 square feet gross living space - 4,565 square foot lot - Outstanding Loan Amount: $54,284.26 - rehab estimate: @ $10,000 Note: 1. On December 25, 2003, the house next to 1010 Jefferson caught fire and caused approximately $3, 000 damage to 1010 Jefferson. 2. About the first week in February, 1010 Jefferson was broken into and the copper water lines in the basement were removed, causing approximately $800 worth of damage. The current offer of South Bend Heritage Foundation is for $30,000. 1 would recommend that the house be offered to South Bend Heritage Foundation for a sale price not to exceed $30,000.
