Height and Area to "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area for the construction of multi- family dwellings. Ell' i TING LAND USE: This is the old Erskine Estate property containing several buildings, now owned by the Sisters of the Holy Cross $URROUNDiNG LAND USE AND ZONING: This site is surrounded by the remainder of the Erskine Estate property, all zoned "A" Residential, "A " Height and Area. To the north and northwest are single family homes in the Ridgedale'Addition zoned "A " Residential, "A "' Height and Area. APPLICABLE REGULATPONS: 1 parking space per dwelling unit is required. All parking lots within 50 feet of the "A" Residential district must be properly screened, ACCESS: The Erskine Manor Development will be .accessed from Miami Street and Garland Road, DRAINAGE: The drainage has not been addressed by the petitioner. DATA: The total si'te is 12 acres or 522,000 square feet. Of that, 14% will be occupied by buildings and 8% will be parking and drives, with the remainder being open space. S`tTE PLAN: The site plan is preliminary, AAENtY COMMENTS: The City Engineer states that: City water and city sanitary sewers are available via various locations along the perimeter of this site. 2, Storm water shall be retained on the site per City Ordinance. 3. All site roadways to and including ingress and egress shalt be per City Standards and as approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
