AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, (Chapter 21,
Municipal Code).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be
and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the
following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
State of Indiana:
Parcels of land in Sections 17 and 18, Township 37 North,
Range 3 East, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
more particularly described as follows:
Lots 4 thru 12 and 16 thru 37, of
Baker and McHenry's Addition, and
the north one half of vacated
Hildreth Street located in said
Addition.
Lots 4 thru 36, 43 thru 75, 82 thru 115,
of the Revised Plat of Oakland Park
Mary Johnson proprietor, and the north
one Half of the vacated alleys located
south of Lots 36 and 43 of said Revised
Plat.
Lots 6 thru 34, of the Map of Hibberd
Place of South Bend.
Lots 3 thru 24, 42 thru 75 and 80 thru 108,
of Euclid Park and the vacated 14 foot alley
between Lots 46 and 47 of said Subdivision.
