Attached is a proposed Salary Ordinance for positions funded by
Community Development, for the year commencing July 7, 1980.
Under the Bureau of Housing, there are a number of changes.
the Bureau was reorganized several months ago, positions When and titles
were changed, but salaries remained the same or lower.. The following
new job titles correspond to old job titles:

All the new positions are currently filled.

Planning, Grants and Evaluation, to provide flexibilit
