The attached ordinance is a request for an appropriation of $16,000.00
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to Project R & S 70,
Miami, Kern to Jackson.
In order to provide efficient storm water drainage on Miami from Kern
Road to Jackson Road, we have proposed to have a storm water drainage
system designed for this area. The project will begin at North Falls
Church Court in the Fairfax Subdivision and proceed north to the exist-
ing retention basin southeast of the intersection of Ireland Road and
Miami Street. Additional funds are needed for the engineering cost
associated with this improvement.
