County -City Bldg. Phone - (219) 284-9:155 The South Bend Human Rights Commissions' federal budget runs from November 1, 1979 through October 31, 1980. A review of the budget disclosed that certain line item accounts were or will be in the red before the end of the budget year due primarily to unexpected costs. In order to correct this situation it has become necessary to transfer funds from certain line item accounts where a surplus exist to other line item accounts where additional funds are needed to carry the Commission through its current fiscal year. It is emphasized that the amount of the original appropriation will not be affected by this action.
